Delivery methods include the post and specialist carriers. We have obtained special approval to send live foods through the post. Some heavy or bulky items may be delivered by our own van if the destination can be included on our rounds and the quantity is an economical proposition. Delivery is part of the service we provide to get the goods you have ordered to you. It is usually an additional charge added to the cost of the goods you have purchased. VAT is applied to carriage and delivery.
Defective Goods & Returns
Anything found to be unsatisfactory on arrival, must be reported back to us within one working day (24 hrs.). Exchanges or credit notes will then be issued. We cannot normally replace or exchange anything reported back to us after this 24 hour period. (It does not include week ends or Bank Holidays.)
